We have taken every care to ensure that your room will be clean, pleasant, comfortable and well equipped. Should you require any additional service or you have any comments regarding your stay at our hotel, please contact the person on duty at the reception desk. Wishing you a most enjoyable stay.

RESERVATION CHANGES 

Any changes in the length of stay from the original reservation must be coordinated and accepted by the hotel 24 hours in advance. Charges will be made for Pre-mature departures less than 24 hrs.

We can assist with any changes regarding flights and with confirmations, please contact reception.

CHECK-OUT TIME 

Check-out time is 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure. Please note that a surcharge may be added to your bill for a late check-out. Should you wish to have a late check-out please contact reception to make the necessary arrangements.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES 

When vacating your room, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. Please lock the door and leave the key in reception desk. You may settle your account with a credit card, cash or traveler’s checks; we regret that personal/private checks are not accepted by the hotel.

All rooms have a/c units; please keep door & windows closed when in use.

Fax, Computer & Photocopy available from 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M.

DATA PORTS 

Should you wish to connect to the internet, you may use the telephone line which will give you access to an outside line.

ELECTRIC VOLTAGE 

The hotels voltage is 110 – converters available

GYM & SUN DECK ACCESS 

Located on 8th floor – access through 7th Floor rear stairwell.

HAIR DRYER/IRONING BOARD 

Dryers located in bathroom; ironing board available in each room closet free of charge.

ICE, SNACKS & BEVERAGES 

Ice machine on 2nd floor – snack machine 5th floor – Soda machines 3,4,6,7 floors.

TELEVISION/CABLE TV 

All rooms are fitted with remote control TV sets.

SERVICES 

BABY SITTING 

Should you require a baby sitter, please contact reception at least 12 hrs in advance to make arrangements.

CAR RENTAL 

Car rentals may be arranged through reception.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES 

Should you require extra room amenities, please contact reception; they are at no additional cost

INCOMING MAIL, MESSAGES, FAXES 

Should you have an incoming mail, message or fax, you will be notified as soon as possible by the receptionist and it will be kept at the reception for you.

LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING 

For laundry services, please fill out the form located in the room, put the items in the bag together with the list and bring to the front desk. The bag will be collected and returned the same evening or following day.

LOST & FOUND ITEMS 

Items found will be handed to management for custody for a period of 60 days.

TAXI & TRANSPORTATION 

Arrangements can be made through reception; public buses, AMA – Metro Bus – 75 cents.

TOURS & EXCURSIONS 

Tours & Excursions can be arranged at reception; Please contact the receptionist on duty who will be pleased to provide you with the relevant information on available tours and excursions.

SECURITY 

SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES 

Safe deposit boxes are available in every room and free of charge. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables not deposited in the safe deposit boxes.

PERSONAL PROPERTY 

The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of property not under the hotels custody or for damages due to natural forces or any act that does not imply negligence or wrong doing of the hotel.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES 

If a medical emergency arises that requires medical assistance, please contact reception; if you wish to be visited by a house doctor, you would pay directly to doctor for the visit; if you need to be transported to a hospital, arrangements will be made through the 9-1-1 system. Our front desk will be happy to help you with directions, recommendations, general information, or calling a taxi. We can also help arrange  guided tours, excursions, car rental and special services. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours ever day so we're always ready to help!

Located off the main lobby is the cozy and intimate 606 Bistro and Wine Bar with seating capacity for 30. There is a separate bar area and dining room that can be converted into a meeting room space for 24. The menu features a contemporary Nuevo Latino cuisine, with emphasis on fresh ingredients, fish, poultry and pastas. There is a Tapas bar and a nice wine selection.

The Hotel Miramar’s roof top terrace is a wonderful surprise to all our visitors and guests. There is a direct view of the magnificent Atlantic Ocean as it breaks into the reefs and rocky formations that protect the Condado lagoon and beach. Tables and chairs make this the perfect place for morning coffee, picnic lunch or glass of wine as the sun sets over the lagoon. Note: Roof top terrace is only reached by stairs (no elevator service to the roof).

Guest rooms feature either a king size bed or two full size beds, a dry bar with mini fridge and microwave, Cable TV, free wireless WI FI and telephones with data ports and voice mail messaging. In room  electronic safes, iron and ironing boards, AM/FM clock radios and  GE zone line individually controlled A/C units are also featured in all the guestrooms.

Right behind the Front Desk and Reception area, there is a quiet business lounge. There are two separate stations each with computer, monitor and printer. The business center is available 24 hours and fully complimentary including fax sending and receiving and copy service. From here guests can print boarding passes and conduct any other business need.

This is a quiet, secluded balcony on the same floor as the gym and laundry. The perfect place to just 'get away' and relax, read a book or chat with friends. Note: Reading Balcony is only reached by stairs (no elevator service to this floor).

Gymnasium is located on the 8th floor of the hotel with panoramic views of the tree shaded streets of historic Miramar. The exercise room is equipped with free weights, stationary bike, universal station, treadmill and elliptical machine. Open daily from 5 A M to 10 P M. Note: Our gymnasium is only reached by stairs (no elevator service to the gymnasium).

A very convenient coin operated washer and dryer are available for hotel guests use. The coin laundry room is available 24 hours. Next to the laundry room, there is a cozy terrace with attractive wicker furniture and live plants that can be used as a waiting and relaxation area. Note: Our coin laundry is only reached by stairs (no elevator service to the laundry).

If you're planning a special event or party, there is a covered 'hut' on the roof top terrace that can be used for your group activities. Please make special arrangements with the front desk and restaurant for any catering. Note: Roof top terrace is only reached by stairs (no elevator service to the roof).

Vending Machines & Ice

Vending machines are located on every floor and a snack and ice machine are also available for our guests convenience.

100% Smoke Free

Under Puerto Rico Law #66 smoking is prohibited in all hotels, casinos, restaurants. The Hotel Miramar is a smoke free building under the current law.

Parking

There is street parking throughout the Miramar neighborhood. Parking garages are available next door for a daily fee. There is very limited parking behind the hotel which is 'first-come-first-serve' (car keys must be left at the front desk).

ADA Rooms

There are rooms fully equipped for the physically challenged that includes roll-in showers and transfer chairs. A wheel chair is available for hotel guests.
