We are located in the Miramar neighborhood of San Juan, Puerto Rico, just minutes from the Condado Lagoon, Old San Juan, and the Puerto Rico Convention Center. Our address is 606 Ponce de León Ave., San Juan, PR 00907.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, self-parking is available for a $19.00 daily fee.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please contact the front desk in advance by calling 787-977-1000 or at check-in to check availability and applicable fees.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but guests can enjoy breakfast options available at M Café & Bar located in the lobby area. (Breakfast will be open by mid-June)

Reservations & Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

Guests must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged for one night room and tax. Please review the terms before confirming your booking or contact us for assistance.

Do you charge a resort fee?

Tech Service Charge – 4% of Rate and Resy System Surcharge $5.00 per reservation.

Do you allow pets?

While we love pets, only service animals are permitted on property.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Cash is not accepted for room charges.

The nearest beach is less than 10 minutes walking. Condado Beach and Isla Verde Beach are both popular nearby options.
